A Florida native and fan of our brewery, Warren is a friend of ours and a welcomed collaborator. Together, we strategized on the identity and variety of ale that would best represent his distinguished career. We landed on #99, a hoppy Belgian-style blonde ale with a zesty nose and balanced flavor profile.
To create a beer as epic as the star it’s named after, we fermented it with our Belgian yeast strain for delicate fruity notes, and added a generous amount of citrusy hops to the whirlpool to create a fragrant aroma. Finally, we heavily dry hopped it for just the right amount of bite and bitterness.
