We recently got together with our friends over at Alewife Brewing in Queens NY to make an amazing Guava Pale Ale. Brewed like a hazy style beer, we hit this beer with heaps of Mosaic hops before adding guava to kick it up a notch. Super crushable, coming in at 5.6%, but with a huge fruity flavor.
